In this video i cover a number of mods / modifications that are often questioned and/or are concerns for those in the car scene here in the UK. In the video ill go through LED headlights, Exhaust construction, an exhausts volume and Cats ( Catalytic converters ) You'll be surprised how lenient the laws actually are and that usually, the noise issue is put down to the driver and how they're driving is the reason for any legal action against the vehicles noise. Does "In a way that may cause distress" ring a bell? No me neither! Tints, suspension set ups for your stance boys and Registration plates.

Again, Legislation is minimal on some subjects and necessary testing for some items like LED technology as a whole just hasn't been done yet. So be aware those type of bulbs wont bare a British Standard kite mark because of the lack of testing as a whole. With that being said, a lot of gray areas appear and can be or are being exploited.
