Cheap insurance for modified cars? Which modifications affect insurance the most? Can you modify your first car and still insure it? Can young drivers get modified insurance? All these questions and more are discussed in this video.

As always I've done a bunch of research (and over 150 quotes) to try to work out how different modifications affect insurance quotes. From this I've been able to establish some basics for you to consider when modifying your car!

That said, the main thing I've managed to establish, is the fact that insurance doesn't is a joke.
