[Ingredients]

Black Beans 20g
Euryale Ferox 20g
Chestnut 3pcs
Red Dates few pcs
Sweet Date 1pc
Ginger few slices
Tangerine Peel 1pc
Pig Tails 300g
Carrot
Wolfberry

[Steps]

Soak black beans in water for one hour, put them in a wok and fry them until the skin cracks open.
