Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) pasta (tortiglioni)
- 1 leek
- Half a pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g (4 oz) of robiola or other fresh cheese
- 2 sausages
- A few basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Linguine with Chinese cabbage and bacon in pecorino cream is a very tasty and nutritious first course. You can prepare them for lunch or dinner and your family will love them!
