Hi everyone! Today I present to you 2 very tasty pasta recipes.

RECIPE N1
Ziti alla Genovese is an incredibly delicious and nutritious typical first course from Campania. It is a kind of white ragù prepared with lots of onions which, cooked slowly, fall apart creating a delicious sauce to say the least. Every Neapolitan family has its own recipe, personalized according to taste, this is my grandmother's! Perfect dish for Sunday lunch or dinner. I used ziti as tradition dictates. You can use any other type of pasta you prefer.
Ingredients:
- 600 g (1 lb 6 oz) of beef muscle
- 500 g (1 lb) of onions
- Celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 glass of white wine
- 250 g (9 oz) ziti or other pasta
- Parmesan
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Tuscan pasta with beans is a delicious, satisfying and healthy first course. No one will be able to resist this creamy and very tasty pasta! Perfect dish for lunch or dinner that satisfies the whole family! With just a few simple ingredients you can prepare a simple and very tasty pasta! I used whole grain penne but you can use any other type of short pasta you have at home. Try this delicious Tuscan pasta with beans recipe and let me know in the comments what you think! - 500 g of dried beans
- 250 g of pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Celery
- Sage, rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chilli pepper
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

- Olive oil
- Parmesan (optional)
