Approach roads to the dam has few broken patches but okay.

Boating (different types of boats available) Ticket is Rs 100 per person. Large boats for bigger groups are also available.

Travel Tips
It gets very crowded in picnic season, so better to arrive and depart early to avoid jams
One can enjoy more if visiting in off season (no waiting in line for boating etc)

Chandil Dam is a beautiful place and is great for picnics or day visits with one's friends and family throughout the year.
