6 Tbs. Granulated Sugar and more as desired
4 Cups Whole Milk
8 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour (Baba likes King Arthur brand)
2 Tbs. Corn Starch
2 Pkts. Vanilla Sugar
Powdered Sugar
