A program by Jane Thorburn and Mark Lucas on avant guarde chair design, which highlights a wide variety of chairs constructed from different materials, presented with the designers.

This is from a 1987 program called Alter Image, focussing on the arts. While video and sound quality is fairly average, I thought it too good not to be seen. I love all the chairs, particularly the Skeletal Chair, Neptune's Chair, the unnamed art deco chair and the Reclining Chair (just try reclining in it).
