Recipe:

Potatoes - 1.2 kg
Cut into thin slices
(starchy potatoes like Desiree, Russet, or Yukon Gold are best for this recipe)
Onion - 1 pc.
Thinly sliced
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
Whole grain mustard - 1 tsp.
Cream 20% - 200 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Mix well
Cover with foil
Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes
Mozzarella cheese - 100 g
Parmesan - 2 tbsp.
