Rosencrantz And Guildenstern Are Dead (1990)
R&G stab the the Player in attempts to expose and overcome the overwhelming truth that they have been unwilling to accept through out the production .

They justify and believe in the cause and death of The Player because it gives their actions meaning without question and they are not capable of creating meaning within their own existence . They only expect what is given to them and they see nothing outside of that perspective .They cannot predict understand or even successfully question anything internal .They can only accept when it is given directly to them at the right time .

Their actions not only solidifies their present state of existence but shows that they have not been aware or capable to successfully postulate events on more than one occasion , until like now, it unfolds right in front of them .

R&G seem forever doomed to roll a huge boulder up a steep hill like Sisyphus -however without the possibility or capability of the question of suicide(creation of meaning). Within the absurdity of their eternal recurrence they as well as their performance ,is as The Player puts it ; Merely competent .
At that moment just before their own death , in the existential Lacian gaze ,they gain an awareness to The for itself :The Player ,his words .The of itself ; other people around them. The in itself ; the finality of their own existence .

This finalizes the point of the lingering question approached by The Player throughout .

Why Art Thou Art ?Death.
Deaths for all ages and Occasions- Even Nobodies
Life is the question , that is asked only by outsiders like The Player

Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are now dead to return empty headed to the hill flipping a coin Heads ..Heads ...Heads . only to climb it again and again ...and again..
