For Genres we got - Road Movie OR Film Noir

And I am like,... F Road Movie... that is dangerous... but I should probably consider it more like a Journey Movie... hit the road! Not in a dangerous way maybe... but it is usually mostly bushes and not getting lost...

anyway... I rented a house... and I was like... yeah no. Let's do Film Noir... and wtf... what do I do? Narration and a detective trying to come to conclusion of a case that doesn't involve him... yeah I could go with that more in the future...

Anyway... My main actress broke her knee the week before... so I was like... wtf... and everyone cancelled on me... the list of volunteers... yeah screw them all... none of them know what they want to do... the ones that show up are actually pretty awesome. The Moseby dude was pretty cool. A straightforward guy. But I had not seen him act, so I didn't want to risk it, and Steve the Butler flubbed his lines the past few projects at crucial times, and I felt the same about him... but then the two main actors got injured and I gave these guys a chance, or they gave me a chance... and they did so good. They were all amazing... even the audio guy... like, he flubs his lines also but his body language was amazing.

Anyway... the shower scene happened because Steve said, the first time I met him, he said that would do anything, like sing or something but he will not do nude scenes... so I always wanted to put him in the shower... since 2018??? How did I meet you Steve? Was it the board or Wendy Walsh?

And then we had Mormo -    / mormozine

Shane Vozar! My good friend! He got great laughs... I gotta post up the audience reaction right after this... they loved the "Bummer" line... dude.,.. it's all about the delivery and you nailed it.

Oh and the picture... I wanted to rent a house back in 2020 off Peerspace, Methuen, MA... and I visited the place and saw this old portrait hanging on this dude's Victorian home and I was like, Oh that would be cool if we could remove the eyes and spy on people... so I told him that I was going to rent his place out and that painting was awesome. He told me it was just something called "Blueboy" and looked it up and saw it was on Amazon... so I bought the biggest prints I could.... took pictures of it, and got it to a size that you could look through in a practical sense (if I had time I wanted to set up the picture and have the camera peer through....)
So... then 2020 was cancelled... and then years go by, and this year I think I will look up that place. I rented a place off Peerspace last year and it was cool.... Methuen was in the running for a place but it was a team vote... so this year we voted again on places around $150 an hour and with the smaller team, people just voted for the closer place... Rockport was an option but it is 60 minutes from me... and other people it would be another 30... but that came in third with Methuen and this Andover place as the top 3... I contacted Methuen and Andover... Methuen seemed to only want the living room and not answer when I asked to see the bathrooms... (because I wanted to see Steve in the showers... ) but then the Andover placed answered so I just went with them the week before... and a day later my main actress breaks her knee... but whatever... so I thought I could use this portrait I had lined up as a prop... because you can make props for the film... where is the grey line? Making things specifically for the film festival like even puppets... I dunno... it got too grey... but I made that DURING the film festival. I saw our genres and only after that did I cut out the eyes and paste it on cardboard (not in that order)... but yeah... mostly I just wanted to see Steve in the shower.

What else? I just got high and threw out everything I could think of... wait till you see the 20 minute version... so much was cut out... I suck.
