Although the number of German immigrants to the UK decreased after Brexit, over 5000 Germans still moved to the UK in 2022.

Everyone knows that the UK consists of four countries: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Today's video is specifically about England (although one or two points are certainly valid beyond that).

What makes England attractive for emigrants even after Brexit? Well, you could mention the following points:
London is the only truly cosmopolitan city in Europe, Paris, and the French are, after all, only concerned with themselves.
London is clearly the epicenter for financial services in Europe and also has the largest startup scene in Europe.
The British IT industry is twice as big as the German and three times as big as the French.
The best universities in Europe are in England.
In general, the UK is about 5 years ahead of the EU in marketing products to consumers and is very innovative and therefore very attractive for someone working in the industry.
Culturally, especially in the film industry, the UK is world-class, which is of course also due to the language.

No matter what draws you to England: Here are 11 (some not entirely serious) facts for anyone drawn to England.
