How to bake a simple & easy Pancake Pizza with Tuna & Tomatoes.

For the recipe we need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for 1 large pancake sheet:

•400 milliliters milk
•200 grams wheat flour
•250 grams cherry tomatoes
•150 grams grated cheese
•1 can tuna in own juice
•3 Eier || 3 eggs
•½ teaspoon baking powder
•Oregano || Oregano
•Salt & pepper
•Basil for garnish

•Whisk or mixer
•Baking sheet + baking paper
