Meredith is a spiritual practitioner and teacher with 25 years of experience in meditation and contemplative practice. She has developed a unique teaching style grounded in the ancient wisdom of Theravada and Tibetan Buddhism and yet accessible to anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual practice. Meredith lives a quiet life of contemplation and spiritual practice in a small village in Southern Baja, Mexico.
