Butai pulimunchi mangalorean style and fish egg tawa fry

Ingredients:
Sardine fish (butai) 1/2 kg
byadagi chilli -15
coriander- 1.5 tsp
mustard- 00.25 tsp
methi - 00.25 tsp
Jeera - 0.5 tsp
tamarind small lemon size
garlic 1/2 buds
turmeric 1/3 tsp
salt to taste grind all ingredients along with water fine paste.
onion 1 tomato 1 green chilli 4 ginger small piece cut into small pieces.
heat mud pot add onion tomato chilli ginger along with grind pulimunchi masla and salt to taste, turmeric.once it comes to boil add cleaned sardiline fish boil at the end turn off the flame.

Fish egg tawa fry: heat tawa add lit coconut oil then curry leaves 3-4 small piece of ginger garlic onion chilli 1 and half tomato mix all ingredients along with salt and turmeric.
same tawa add fish egg marinated fry well mix with onion mixture at the end add coriander leaves.
