▪ Strawberry Truffle Filling
395g condensed milk
400g heavy cream
150g white chocolate (you CANNOT use fractionated frosting)
1 1/2 tablespoon Tang juice (you can use Clight or Mavalério Dessert Powder)
80ml very cold whipped cream
1 tray of strawberries
20g sugar

* Yield: approximately 900g of filling
