Today's recipe is for scones that can be made and eaten right away with no preparation.
I added a crunchy accent by sprinkling sugar on the finish and baking them.
When you put a freshly baked scone in your mouth, the buttery aroma will fill your mouth☺.

▷Ingredients:
■Scones (9 scones)
100 g cake flour
100 g bread flour
20g granulated sugar
1g salt
4g baking powder
50 g unsalted butter
110 g milk

1 tsp milk
1 tbsp. granulated sugar

■Blueberry jam
100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
50 g granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

▷How to make:
1. Lightly mix cake flour, bread flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. Cut unsalted butter into cubes while still cold and add to ①. Finely grind the butter into the flour mixture, dusting it with flour.
3. Turn out ② onto a large cutting board and add the cold milk mixture in two or three additions, blending with a card. When the dough is no longer powdery, roll it into a single dough ball and cut it out with a 5cm dia. mold.
4. Spread a thin layer of milk on the surface of the scone, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 210℃ for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Make the blueberry jam. Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Let sit for 30 minutes until the blueberries release their water.
6. Place the saucepan over the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
