Ingredients (1 to 2 servings)
270g of tteokguk tteok
90g of beef soup / I used the beef brisket
1/3 green onions
600ml of water

*Beef seasoning
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
a teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce

*Soup liver (add according to your preference)
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
a teaspoon of flower salt
the right amount of pepper

Garnish
Eggs (1 egg, 1 pinch salt)
dried seaweed flakes
ground sesame
