CinEd, Avrupa Birliği'nin Yaratıcı Avrupa / MEDYA programı "Film eğitimine destek" tarafından ortaklaşa finanse edilen bir Avrupa işbirliği projesidir. Amacı, 6 ila 19 yaşları arasındaki mümkün olan en fazla sayıda Avrupalı gencin Avrupa sinemasını keşfetmesine yardımcı olmaktır.
