Light, fresh and incredibly tasty - lemon garlic shrimp pasta in just 20 minutes!

In this video, I'll show you how to make a delicious lemon and garlic shrimp pasta.

Perfect for anyone looking for a quick yet sophisticated dinner. This pasta is light, tangy and full of flavor - and best of all, it's cooked in just one pot!

Ingredients for 2 portions:

-200 g linguine

-200 g prawns, peeled and deveined

-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

-3 tbsp lemon juice

-500 ml vegetable stock

-2 tbsp olive oil

-1 tsp dried parsley

-salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

-Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.

-Add the vegetable stock and lemon juice to the pan, then add the linguine, bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes until the linguine is almost al dente.

-Add the prawns and dried parsley. Simmer for a further 5 minutes until the prawns are pink and cooked through, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
