Required Ingredients for this Fish Curry Recipe : 👉
Fish : 750 gm
Turmeric : 1 teaspoon
Ginger : 1 inch
Garlic : 5/6 cloves
Chilly Powder : 2 teaspoon
Salt : As per Taste
Cumin seeds : 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds : 2 teaspoon
Fresh grated coconut : 4 tablespoon
small onion slices : ½
Tamarind pulp : 1 tablespoon
Dried Red Chillies : 4
Black pepper : 4/5
Oil for frying

Procedure to make Fish Curry Recipe 👉
1. Marinate fish with some turmeric, salt and little red chilly powder. Keep aside for 15/20 minutes.
2. Sauté Red chilies, cumin seeds and black pepper corns for 2 minutes until it releases aroma.
3. In same pan sauté onion slices until golden brown.
4. Grind red chilies, pepper corns, cumin seeds, fresh coconut, coriander seeds, garlic, ginger and onions to get smooth paste.
5. In a pan heat 4 tea spoons oil add the paste and sauté for 3 minutes until paste releases oil.
6. Add turmeric, red chilly powder and tamarind pulp and salt as per taste.
7. Add hot water to make thin gravy.
8. Once gravy comes to boil add fish pieces slowly and let fish cook into gravy for next 7/8 minutes.
9. Cover for 5 minutes. Fish is ready.
10. Serve Hot.
