In this personal narrative, I will share my journey through the darkest moments of my life, where I almost lost my siblings, battled with suicidal thoughts, and grappled with depression. However, this story is not one of despair; it is a testament to the human spirit's resilience and the power of finding strength and hope even in the bleakest of circumstances.


It all started with a moment of distraction, a simple mistake that almost cost my siblings their lives. As the oldest sibling, I felt an immense responsibility for their safety, but a lapse in judgment resulted in a near-tragedy. The guilt weighed heavily on me, amplifying my already fragile mental state. I became overwhelmed with feelings of worthlessness, regret, and the belief that I was unworthy of love.


Suicidal thoughts became a constant companion, whispering in my ear, convincing me that escape was the only solution. Depression consumed me, casting a gloomy shadow over every aspect of my life. The days turned into a haze of emptiness, where even the simplest tasks felt insurmountable.


Amidst the darkness, a flicker of hope emerged as I mustered the art.


Recovery was not an overnight process; it required resilience, patience, and a willingness to move on and cultivating self-compassion and self-forgiveness.
