I know so many amazing people who live with clinical depression. In most all their cases you would never know it unless they shared their struggle with you personally. The point of this week's video is to encourage you to check in one-on-one with all your people. Don't assume everyone you care about is okay based on outward appearances. Assumptions like that can be deadly.

There is so much more that needs to be said and understood about depression. Far more than I know or am qualified to say, and certainly not in the span of a short video. It's my hope that this video inspires you to further your research and understanding of depression and suicide. It's only through education and empathy as sincere allies that we can be helpful to those we love who suffer from this.
