Before he became a well known voice for nationally televised NBA games, Kevin Harlan spent nine seasons with the expansion franchise Minnesota Timberwolves. With the Atlanta Hawks out of the reach, Harlan provides us with a hilarious call of a Doug West dunk which ensues the color commentator Quinn Buckner making fun of the situation.
