The Viper 106v Immobiliser is a touch key system. Simply touch the tag on your keyring, to a receptor mounted in the car. Once touched the immobiliser is deactivated and the car can be started.

The Viper 106v is a touch key immobiliser. This is a system that stops car from being stolen easily. A small tag is carried with your keys and used to touch a receptacle mounted in the car. Once touched the immobiliser becomes deactivated and the car can be started.

Here Inti shows the system fitted to a Fiesta ST. The receptacle is mounted by the gear stick and the flashing LED can be seen from the passenger and drivers side. The LED flashed slowly when it has not been touched and quickly for 30 seconds after touching. After 30 seconds the immobiliser becomes active again and the LED flashes slowly again.
