Hi everyone, some more HIIT cardio for you to burn off the Easter spoils! Here are your Day 20 #5aday exercises! 😅💪🏻
The goal is to do at least 5 reps of everything and mark out at least a 5m shuttle run space 🏃🏽♀🏃🏽
1) Shuttle runs then burpees
2) Shuttle runs then push-ups
3) Shuttle runs then sit-ups
4) Shuttle runs then squat jumps
5) Shuttle runs then split jumps
Rest and repeat x 5 sets 😅🏃🏽🏃🏽♀😅
Hope it's not pouring when you do the set 😅😅😅
