Join us today as we explore how your relationship with food could be playing a part in your health or progress you see with your goals. Sure, what you eat matters but how we eat and our mindset around food can also make a big impact on not only how you show up for yourself, but physiologically too!

Your relationship with food is important to consider when working towards any health goal and should not be sacrificed when making changes to support your health. Today we talk about what having a healthy relationship with food even means, how this can impact you goals, overall health and future generations.

WHY SUBSCRIBE?
The Thriving in Wellness podcast was created for women who are ready to reclaim their health and learn to trust their body. Based on our years of experience as holistic dietitians, we mythbust nutrition topics, share powerful mindset shifts, and give you the practical tools to thrive as the best version of YOU!

In Season 3 of the podcast, we are exploring other contributors to our health in addition to food. Every other Monday, we share 5-minute episodes focused on mindset and motivation. On Thursdays, we release 20-30 minute episodes that dive into a variety of holistic nutrition and wellness topics.
