Today is my husband's day off day. So I prepared fried rice with Kerala style chicken curry and chili paste. He likes specials. These days he is studying. So I added extra protein to the plate with love. He says that was so delicious. While I am cooking, he comes and eating something and checks the progress of cooking and goes again. because he was hungry.
In villages there are ordinary machines to make coconut oil. We cut fresh coconut in to small pieces and grate. Then dry under the direct sunlight. After dried well we put them in to this machine and the output is coconut oil. Sri Lanka is a coconut rich country. So we add coconut to our daily meal preparations. Also pure coconut oil is good for health than palm oil.
