Cured smoked Turkeys. #curedturkey #smokedmeat #smokedturkey Dry cured rub outside and inside. Vacuumed packed once rub was on. Turned turkeys every 24 hrs. Turkeys 23 lbs and turned then in vacuum package for 5 days. Not completely cured but perfect for me. Washed turkeys inside and outside to get brine off turkeys. Let sit for 1/2-3/4 hr in cold water. Then Injected breasts & legs with special turkey injection solution. Then smoked turkeys at 325 for almost 4 hrs.
