For our bougie community we'll:
Zone waterfront housing and celebrity mansions
Craft palm-lined streets and golden sand beaches
Detail a high-end pickleball clubhouse
Build an island park with a private beach

And in honor of one of my first subscribers and the one who suggested using EU Low Density Waterfront housing for this, I'm going to name the district Alvaro Heights, after ‪@alvarofuster4272‬. Thank you for all the support!
