This is part 2 of our tramline miniseries in Cities Skylines 2! Note, this was recorded BEFORE the Economy 2.0 patch came out. I'll respond to that in my next video!

Last episode we built our Dewy del Mar tram line, and now we're filling in the areas around it. This means (finally) zoning Upper Paradise Hills, adding more industry, and increasing the density of our downtown grid.
