In this video, I'll show you how to build a simple bird feeder using basic tools. This is an easy DIY project that anyone can follow along to at home.

Project Wood Dimensions (inches)

Lid: -roof 1 - 0.75 x 5.5 x 11
-roof 2 - 0.75 x 4.75 x 11
-triangle lid end piece (2x) - 0.75 x 3.5 x 3.5 (hypotenuse = 4.95)

Side Walls: -cut from rectangular pieces (2x) - 0.75 x 4.5 x 9
-45 degree cuts at tops from enter
-bottom cut to 2.5 from 45 degree cuts
-window slots cut 0.25 deep on same angle as outside angle

Plastic Windows (2x): 5 x 8.5 (thickness will be whatever plastic you are using)

Base: -main base board - 0.75 x 5.5 x 9.5
-perch railing (2x) - 0.75 x 0.75 x 10.5
base board trim side (2x) 0.75 x 0.75 x 11
base board trim end (2x) 0.75 x 0.75 x 4
-window stops (2x) 0.75 x 0.75 x 2.5
-triangular seed dispenser cut from trim piece 0.75 x 0.75 x 6.5

Branch Perches (2x): 12 length, 1 inch diameter (whatever you choose/find)
