Within 2 years, they had opened 7 stores across the city and within the next 3, commissioned a new 25,000 sq. ft. factory near Ahmedabad. Today, The Baker’s Dozen is India’s largest artisan bakery brand with a diverse product portfolio across segments and stands out with its streamlined sanitation and hygiene design in its now 30,000 sq.ft factory. This factory houses top class European equipment and ensures strong QC controls. With quick and steady growth since inception, TBD has become one of the strongest brands through more than 40 of its own stores, in the Bakery category for retail partners such as Nature’s Basket and also new-age e-commerce partners such as Swiggy, Zomato, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, MilkBasket etc.
