Another day, another job, another beautiful Tasmanian Oak timber floor! This hardwood floor desperately needed some TLC as the old varnish had started to completely wear through, especially in a heavy foot traffic area like the kitchen.

There was also a big stain in the lounge from dog urine - sometimes these stains are hard to get rid of depending on how deep it has penetrated into the timber, have a look to see if we were able to do it!

The brief from the client was to get this floor as natural and as flat as possible so we applied a primer first and then 2 coats of a durable water-based ultra matt varnish.

Floor size: 82 square metres (laundry, pantry, kitchen, dining, living and 2 steps)
