Limoncello is an Italian drink. I go through the process of making lemon cello from removing the wax, the steam, Selena the alcohol in the sous vide and then blending and at what ratio.

I don’t discuss this in the video but if you make your own simple syrup, it is one part water to one part sugar. If you need 7 cups of simple syrup, use 7 cups of water and 7 cups of sugar, boil until clear while mixing. He will probably have a little extra, this goes great in coffee
