I prepared a very easy recipe for iftar time. I got a delicious crispy chicken schnitzel recipe for you, accompanied by a creamy sauce with vegetables. Enjoy your meal! 🌿

Ingredients List:
2 pieces of chicken breast
1 cup of cream
1 teacup of milk
1 teaspoon flour
300g of mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 scallion
1 onion
Breadcrumbs

Preparation: First, we slice the chickens and make them into thin steaks. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. We dip it in breadcrumbs. We chop all the vegetables. We pour olive oil into the pan. Saute the vegetables for 3 minutes. We also add the chopped mushroom. We add the salt. We sprinkle flour. Add the milk and cream. When it starts to boil, we turn off the heat. We add black pepper. We add cheddar cheese. Then we start frying the schnitzels. We slice the fried chicken into finger-thick slices, put our creamy sauce on them and they're ready to serve.
