Ingredients List:
500 g medium-fat ground beef
3 eggs
1 teacup of rice
2 onions
3 tablespoons of flour
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation:
First, we rinse the rice, drain and start boiling it. I added about 2.5 cups of water. We cook the rice on low heat. We fry 3/1 of the ground beef with the onion. Pour oil into the pan and fry the finely chopped onions for 3 minutes. We add the minced meat, fry it together for 5-6 minutes and leave it to cool. Strain the water from the boiled rice. We add our cooled rice and cooled ground beef. Chop the parsley finely. We crack an egg in. Add salt and pepper. We mix it well. Then we add the minced meat we have put aside, beat it well, wrap it with a stretch film and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour. We give shape to our meatballs that we've rested. Again, we put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. We dip our meatballs first in the flour and then on the beaten egg. Pour oil into the pan and fry the meatballs well. We serve it with baked potatoes on the side. Enjoy your meal!
