For this recipe, you will need:
-1/4 Cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
-2 Tbsp Capers (drained and minced)
-1/4 Cup Flat Leafed Parsley (minced)
-1Tsp Dijon Mustard
-2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
-1/2 Tsp Gluten Free Tamri Soy Sauce
-1 Tsp Virgin Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-1 Medium Ripe Avocado
-4-5 Drops Hot Sauce
-Gluten Free Crackers of choice to serve

::Directions::
1. Take a platter or disc to serve on
2. Place onion, capers, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix together all ingredients in a bowl
3. Cut open avocado and remove skin. Dice up avocado and add to bowl.
4. Gentle stir to not break up avocado
5. Scoop onto crackers and place on your serving plate
