Welcome to Heat of the Drum. In this video I show you how to make Cheesy Potatoes on the Drum Smoker. I combine all the ingredients into a cast iron pan and top with a Bacon Cornflake Crumble. It then goes into the Drum Smoker to cook and then enjoy!
