How to Make a Simple Juice Groove on a Cutting Board

This is a simple technique I use for adding a juice or blood groove - whatever you want to call it - to a cutting board. It works regardless of the grain orientation of your board. You just need a router (I prefer a palm router for this), a round nose bit, and an edge guide for your router. This same task can be completed with a CNC or a router jig, but I find my way works well enough. Also, I don't own a CNC machine. :)
