A great use for offcuts and scrap wood is to make cutting boards, and this year I’m making cutting boards for my three sons. For this woodworking project I will show you how to make a cutting board out of walnut, cherry, sapele, and maple offcuts. I will also share with you a woodworking technique that really enhances the design and aesthetics of this cutting board; a juice groove. This simple woodworking technique only took a few minutes, and truly establishes the visually appealing aspects of this woodworking project… I hope you enjoy!
