Ingredients for approximately 41 gingerbread cookies:
Cake:
530g wheat flour (I used cake flour)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
170g of honey, I used natural multifloral honey
170g of sugar
140g butter
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon each of ground ginger, nutmeg, cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large L eggs
Filling:
250 ml of milk
90g of sugar
4 tablespoons of semolina
100g ground almonds (I ground the almonds with the skin)
about 6 drops of almond flavor
Additionally:
100g dark chocolate (I used chocolate with 70% cocoa solids)
150g of milk chocolate
colorful sugar sprinkles (not necessarily)
