Bayern Munich Long Passing Exercise Progression

Phase 1 - This exercise begins with the players on the red mannequins passing to the players on the outside, they pass to the wide players and then those players pass to the players at the top of the exercise. Those players receive the ball on the narrow mannequins and pass to the opposite side of exercise from where the ball came, following the pass in the same direction.

Phase 2 - This phase begins the same as the last but this time when the players receive the ball on the narrow mannequins, they dribble the ball and pass into the mini-goals. Switch sides after each rep.

Phase 3 - This phase begins the same but when the player at the top of the exercise receives the ball, they play a 1-2 with the players on the narrow mannequins and then play a long pass (yellow arrows) to a coach, then run towards the coaches near the goals who have a ball waiting for a pass into the mini-goal. Switch sides after each rep.
