โรคบุคลิกภาพแบบกํากึ่ง หรือ BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) คือสภาวะผิดปกติทางจิต ที่สามารถทำให้มุมมองต่อตัวตนของเราบิดเบี้ยว ไม่มีความมั่นคงในเรื่องการควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเอง รวมถึงมีปัญหาการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ผู้คนที่มีอาการนี้นั้น จะมีความเสี่ยงมากกว่าในการประสบกับปัญหาซึมเสร้าเเละทำร้ายตัวเอง ความผิดปกตินี้ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อ 1-2 % ของผู้ใหญ่ทั้งหมด
