Hi, this time I made Chocolate Brownies Martabak using Chocolatos chocolate drink. This is my sweet martabak version which is simple, done in 15 minutes. It is soft and chocolaty, fits perfectly with the cheese topping. You should try it.

Chocolatos Brownies Martabak Recipe

Teflon 24 cm, (base diameter 22 cm).

Martabak dough ingredients
2 sachets Chocolatos chocolate drink
2 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp medium protein flour (100 gr)
half tsp baking powder
a quarter tsp baking soda
1 egg
120 ml water (approx. 15 tbsp)

Topping:
Sugar, margarine, and another toppings according to taste
