RECIPE 1:
200 g strawberries
3 eggs
100 g sugar (5 tbsp)
10 g vanilla glaze (1.5 tsp)
50 ml vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
150 g yoghurt (7 tbsp)
50 ml milk (1/4 cup)
300 g flour (2 cups)
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
1 tablespoon of sugar
Chopped almonds as desired.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C (360F)
Garnish with powdered sugar.

RECIPE 2:
1 egg
50 g sugar (2 tbsp)
20 g corn starch (1 tbsp)
250 ml milk (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
the peel of a lemon
Cook on medium power until thickened and cooked.
150 g strawberries
2 eggs
130 g sugar (6.5 tbsp)
a pinch of salt
130 ml vegetable oil (9 tbsp)
130 g sour cream or yoghurt (6.5 tbsp)
200 g flour (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 ° C (360 ° F)
Garnish with powdered sugar.

120 g sugar (2/3 cup)
2 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml milk (1/2 cup)
50 ml vegetable oil (1/4 cup)

5 g baking powder (1 tsp)
200 g strawberries in syrup
Chopped almonds if desired.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 ° C (360 ° F)
