For the time-lapse showing the construction of the Tennessee Titans stadium (1997-1999) the Electric Picture Company crew decided to shoot with 16mm film and an intervalometer powered by a car battery. They built a weatherproof box for the shots inside the stadium to house the system components. One of the main drawbacks of a film system is that it meant periodically the exposed film had to be retrieved from the camera and new unexposed film loaded. I assisted in the film unloading/loading process that sometimes required us to be harnessed in because the camera was in a hard to reach location with construction going on all around. I did some of the editing work on the project as well.
