紹興酒1湯匙

醃雞:

黑木耳1安士(30克)
花生1杯
薑2安士(60克)
(喜歡薑可多加一些)
紅棗10粒
紹興酒1湯匙
米酒1/2杯
(可用任何種類的酒和你喜歡的份量)
適量麻油

Chicken soup w/ ginger & wine recipe:
2 lb(910g)chicken leg

Ginger wine :
1/2Tbsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp cooking wine

Marinade chicken:
1 Tbsp ginger wine
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch

1 oz(30g)black fungus
1 cup peanut
2 oz(60克)ginger
(You can add more ginger if you like)
10 pieces red dates
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1/2 cup Guangdong cooking rice wine
(Can use any kind wine & amount you like)
Some sesame oil
