Ein echtes "Eisenbahnfossil" ist die Chiemseebahn von Prien nach Stock. Dort fährt im Sommer am Wochenende "Laura", die Dampflok der Bahn aus dem Jahre 1887. Die Lok zählt damit zu den ältesten betriebsfähigen Dampfloks weltweit. Aber auch die Wagen und das Ambiente sind sehenswert. Alles stammt noch aus den Anfangsjahren. A real "railway fossil" is the Chiemsee railway from Prien to Stock. The steam locomotive "Laura" from 1887 runs there at weekends in summer, making it one of the oldest operational steam locomotives in the world. But the wagons and the ambience are also worth seeing.
