Sand and smooth the wood, and bring your furniture back to life with wood stain and beeswax polish. Make sure to remove sanding dust and wipe down your furniture before staining or polishing.

I used Minwax Golden Pecan Penetrating Stain and Howard Feed-N-Wax Wood Polish & Conditioner to restore this mid-century desk and chair.

Follow the instructions on your particular stain and polish, and gear up with safety gloves, goggles and a mask.
